When you book your septic system inspection, one of our experienced technicians will come to your home and thoroughly examine your potential property and the existing septic system to provide you with the best options.
Our technicians will provide clear, informative, professional inspection reports that will highlight any issues that could arise over the lifespan of the septic system.
Our inspections include a visual check of the septic tank and, where possible, a video inspection of the septic field. We also complete a “flow & dye test” that measures how well your septic field is dispersing liquids. Additionally, we manually expose key components of the system during our investigation.
We will then provide comprehensive photos so you are well informed about the condition of your new septic system before you move in.
