Calvin Bailey and Brittany Bjornson bought it from him in September 2023 and have built on his legacy ever since, adding a second location in Nanaimo. 01In BC, septic systems fall under the Sewerage System Regulation: only an Authorized Person may plan, install or maintain a system to its plan.
02Type 2 and Type 3 systems are visited every six months in their first year of operation, as the Standard Practice Manual calls for.
03A pump-out is recommended from sludge and scum measurements taken at maintenance, not from a date on a calendar.
