This was the first service by Big Yellow Truck of our Type 3 septic system. Derek showed up promptly as scheduled, was very courteous and thoroughly explained all he did and saw. I would certainly recommend Big Yellow Truck to service any septic system or to pump out a tank.

Yellow Truck did an amazing job. Scott was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He also pointed out a few preventative steps we can take to keep our gravity-feed septic system in great shape for decades.
